My family and I are moving to Richmond and have been looking at properties online to gauge the market. Upon finding one I was interested in I contacted the realtor representing the property (who were with a well known company in the Richmond area). They were rude and dismissive and indicated that they would not show me the property as I did not as of yet have a realtor or a bank loan letter. Afterwards, I found Jason's name through google. When I called, he immediately answered my call. He was very responsive and immediately offered his assistance. At the time, he was out of town, but within minutes he had a member of his team contact me to set up an appointment at the aforementioned property. His team member, Lucy May, was professional and extremely nice. I am well pleased with interaction with both individuals.
