If I had to chose only 1 word to describe our realtor, Jason Smith; it would be EXCEPTIONAL! Jason is very professional, as well as has a great sense of humor, that my husband and I enjoyed working with. He is very knowledgeable about the areas we viewed homes in; he knew about school districts along with other surrounding places of interest. He was also able to recommend handymen if we had questions about home repairs. (It was as if he had a recommendation for anything we asked about, which was very impressive.) We wanted to look at several house in 1 day and he was able to schedule viewings for each of the houses that we wanted to look at. He was patient and kind with us during the whole process; he never made us feel rushed or that he had better things to do. While we talked to him or had questions he was all ears. He was very responsive to calls and texts, no matter the day or time, and for that we are grateful. He definitely made our home buying experience smooth and painless. My husband and I would gladly recommend Jason to anyone looking to buy a house.
