Jason was recommended to us by a family member, which says a lot from the get go. Our process actually started as just an inquiry into a custom build. He was patient while we decided if moving was even on our radar, and jumped into action immediately when we were ready.

We went from saying we were ready to having a beautiful completed home in about 4 months. This was in large part due to Jason’s diligence and organization. Not only did we build, but we also sold our home in under 2 weeks, and organized closing on both houses on the same day. Again, Jason had a huge hand in making this happen.

We had what I would consider a challenging situation with building changes, 2 houses and their buying/selling to organize, and lots of scheduling conflicts. Jason was able to keep us on track. He is great to work with, knows the ins and outs of real estate, and is very professional.

I would highly recommend him as a realtor to anybody, and actually plan to do so to family as soon as they are ready to move.
